There also is a locking feature on it so the T.V. I've had it for over a month now and it works very well. can not be removed. This thing is very easy to mount (about 15 minutes) and is very stable. I have an LG 42" LCD and it works great.
The spacers were nice but I was also thinking does it prevent the bolts from not screwing into the TV far enough. The only thing I regret is not buying the fixed mount and saving $50. There is nothing wrong with the tilting mechanism, I just realized that I would not be using it, since the viewing angle of my Samsung is so wide.My one question to the other owners of this mounting unit is "did you guys use the plastic spacers or not." I used it because I didn't want the back of my TV damages by the vertical hooks. Just installed my new Samsung LN46A650 using this mount on to the Crate & Barrel Loop Media furniture. I may be just being paranoid. What's more is that it came with a whole bunch of bolts of varying lengths, plastic spacers and washers. This mounting unit is very well built and solid. Definitely a good product made by people who have pride in their product.
Best price and great quality. This is a lot cheaper than the mounts at Best Buy. I definitely recommend this mount. I also bought this mount based on the reviews and couldn't be happier. I have a 50" flat screen and the mounting brackets fit to it with no problem.
Thanks to Amazon. Moderate price, delivered on time and liked it. Reasonable price and easy to install. Except to lift the big screen TV and hang it, one person can do the installation easily.
